At Maloney St Coffee Roasters, I believe in finding the right balance between sustainability, quality and consistency. With this in mind, I only source high-quality arabica coffees where those 3 key pillars can be maintained over a long period of time.
Having exceptional coffee for 1 month is not what I am trying to achieve. Having exceptional coffee every day 365 days is!
Each of the coffees I chose is roasted individually to bring out the best possible taste profile, then blended to create the 2 blends I currently have available. Single origins are treated the same way during the roasting process.

When coming up with this blend my aim was create a coffee that could be enjoyed by a wide range of coffee drinkers. The taste profile that I was looking to achieve was chocolate, which I believe is a drink that can be repeated (who doesn't like chocolate!). This is my best-selling blend and exactly fits the above description.

With this blend, I wanted to achieve something a little more distinct and unique. The finished product gives a smooth caramel aftertaste and is extremely robust in that it tastes great as a milk-based coffee but also espresso. Customers have commented on how good it is as a cold brew also.
