OUR TIPS
Coffee is best consumed when it is fresh and stored correctly after use.
We recommend consuming our coffee 10-24 days after roasting.
Once opened coffee should be stored in an air tight container in a cool dark place, away from heat and light.
Do not store in a fridge. Coffee absorbs it's surrounds and if exposed to other products for periods of time it will take in some of the flavours and ruin your coffee.
Always use freshly ground coffee where possible and do not store old coffee grinds for later use.
Just as coffee becomes old and loses it's freshness as a whole bean, when ground this process of the coffee becoming stale speeds up and can become stale as soon as 10mins after grinding.
